Because our business developed out of a concern for our own children, we at Little Hardhats are committed to providing the utmost privacy for our young on-line visitors.
To that end, we do not collect any personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

You are not asked to provide any personal information to see any area of this website.

We do have a few pages that require personal information to be given and we ask that children under 18 please have only adults in their homes use these pages. If you would like a catalog, we would be happy to send one to your home if requested by someone 18 or older. We would be pleased to respond to any comments or questions sent to us by persons at least 18 years old.
If a child would like to write a letter to us or to one of our video hosts, we would love to receive it.

There is a terrific Online Safety Pledge for both children and their parents available at http://www.safekids.com/contract.htm. Read these over with your child(ren), sign them and post them near your computer as a constant reminder for everyone about online safety.

We all owe it to our children to be involved and informed.

Your privacy
To ensure your privacy, when you place an order on our secure website, your personal information is encrypted through the use of SSL(Secure Socket Layer), the most advanced online ordering system available. If you still have concerns about using your credit card online, you may place your order by telephone. (800-843-3786) We do not keep your credit card information on file. We will use your email address or phone number to communicate with you, but will NEVER EVER sell/lend/give your name or information to anyone.

Your Satisfaction is our Goal
If your DVD or VHS tape becomes damaged, or has just been viewed so many times (some of our customers say they watch our movies 20 times a day – no kidding!) Little Hardhats will replace it at no cost, just asking you to pay the shipping and handling charges!

You may return any item you receive if the item it is not what you ordered, it was broken in transit, does not properly work or is delayed beyond an acceptable time frame.

If you order something in error, or change your mind, you may return it if it is un-opened and still in its original wrapping. We are unable to reimburse your shipping costs, but will gladly refund the price of your order.

Shipping Your Order


Orders placed during the business week are generally shipped within 24 hours. They may even ship that very day. Orders placed Friday or over the weekend, will ship on Monday.

We try not to let the stock on any time go too low, but it is possible to become temporarily out of stock on an item before we get a chance to update our website. If we have a temporary backorder on an item, we will contact you to give you the option to have us ship the order in total when the back ordered item arrives, or we can ship your in-stock item right away and ship the rest of your order when it arrives. If we send your order in two shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping. Some of our carriers, like UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

International orders
Little Hardhats will not collect any import taxes and or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from the United States. Our friends to the North in Canada end up paying a duty charge when receiving the order.
